Prohibited Content: Job postings must not contain any illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, violence, explicit content, and discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.

Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity: Job postings that promote or involve any form of fraud, scam, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of private or sensitive information. Do not post personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential business information unless it is necessary and has been agreed upon by all parties involved.

Intellectual Property Rights: Do not post job descriptions or requirements that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited.

Prohibition of Unsolicited Advertising: Job postings cannot be used to advertise products or services unrelated to the job or project being posted. Posts designed solely for promotional purposes are prohibited.

Payment Terms: Clearly outline the payment terms. Misrepresentation of payment terms or failure to pay agreed-upon fees is prohibited.

Respect for Freelancers: Respect freelancers' time and effort by providing reasonable deadlines, fair compensation, and a professional working environment. Unpaid work, such as "test projects" without compensation, is not allowed.

Prohibition of Spam and Multiple Listings: Do not create multiple job postings for the same project or post duplicate jobs to manipulate search results or platform visibility. Posting irrelevant jobs or "flooding" the platform with similar posts is prohibited.

Right to Remove or Modify Job Postings: Ubertalent reserves the right to remove, modify, or reject any job postings that violate these rules or are deemed inappropriate or harmful to the platform's community.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the content they post and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ubertalent from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their job postings.
